BIOGRAPHY

Have you ever wondered what happens if you put some catchy melodies, groovy riffs and some good old metal into the same blender! Well, wonder no more. Just put Mosesgun against your forehead and pull the trigger!

Mosesgun was formed in 2004. The original idea was to let some steam out and try the songs that had been disturbing Vesas peace of mind over the years.

Vesa and Matti had played together in same bands already in the eighties so Matti was a natural recruit to play the guitar.

The rhythm section was a harder task but Jarmo came along when Vesa and Jarmo met at Sam’s Pub in Karhula. The first rehearsals were held december 2004.

The first gig was at a surprise party in september 2005 and the first "real" gig was at Sam’s Pub a couple of months later. A circle was drawn, one could say.

In spring 2006 Mosesgun recorded a four track EP "Keeping the hellfare state alive" . EP was engineered by Manitou-singer Markku Pihlaja.

In april 2007 Moses-crew went through some changes when Chief Tepponen replaced Henkka as a drummer. At the same time Mosesgun recorded some new material and new EP "Terrorvision" saw the daylight in september.

In january 2008 Mosesgun shot their second video for "Terrorvision" under the guidance of Mikko "Pulikukko" Savolainen from Carcosa. The results can be seen from Moses-Space and YouTube so go check it out!

Musically Mosesgun is somewhere between D:A:D, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Metallica. At the moment Mosesgun is training brand new material and in july the band will enter Music Bros Studios in Imatra to record some new tunes with Miitri Aaltonen.

Stay Terrorized!
